What boxing gloves should i get for sparring kickboxing/boxing and hitting the bag ?

16 oz. are definitely the way to go for sparring. you might go 10 or 12 oz. for bag work. 16 are too big for bag work and in my opinion dont condition you're hands properly, but anything under 10 ounces wont give you proper hand protection. dont forget to use quality wraps, and wrap your hands properly. ringside has the highest quality (again my opinion) gear out there, but windy, everlast, and others have good gear too
