Why am i still depressed over the dramatic end of my screwed up relationship?

Its still hurts because you really loved him, and to realize that everything you had with him was basically a lie, he betrayed you on so many levels, and its going to take longer then a month to get over this!Don't beat yourself up because your still going through it, its perfectly natural to feel this way!! This guy was a coward, liar and deceiver and eventually over time you will become more thankful he is not in your life anymore! Just give yourself time to accept all that has taken place because im sure your still in a state of shock, but just know that you did not deserve this and it was not your fault in any way, this was not your problem at all but his!! Be confident with this person that you are, love and respect yourself and know you deserve the best!! Try to keep yourself busy, do things that will make you feel better, read a good book, exercise or go for walks, spend time with family and friends who will be a source of support for you and most importantly PRAY!! Everything will get better my friend, just hang in there and just thank God every day he was looking out for you and allowed things to come to light before you got stuck in a marriage!! I wish you all the luck and stay strong from someone who knows!!
