Dont you HATE asking your parents for money?

Ughhhhhh . I'm 16 I don't have a job (I live in colombia south america) and here is not that easy to have a job... And my dad doesn't let me work. The thing is I asked my dad for money 3 times this week and all he does is saying 'ok' like what's that supposed to mean. I hateeeee asking for money but this is really important cause I had surgery on Monday and now I don't have more medicine and its hurting really bad... Thanks for listening !
