I just replace my 3 channel AMP (car)?

i replaced it for 2 weeks already, suddenly when i try to open my Cd player today, it wouln't open. (i click the eject botton, it says "opening..." but it juss would't open. The cd can still play. oh its a alpine cd player in my honda prelude 97
