y is it that i am losing inches and not weight especailly around my stomach. i can't seem to lose any weight there please help i have a trip in may and i need to lose at least 10 pounds by then any suggestions. I eat five times a day i take muscle milk two times a day i work out 4 times a week (kickboxing ) I am a 27 year old female 5 2" i was losing but i seem to have stopped i do however on the weekend get off my regimanet can this really effedt my weightloss goal????
