Lasting chest pains...?

I just ran 1 mile in athletics today and the left side of my chest has been hurting for about a half week now. I also got really dizzy and I keep coughing. I also have a pounding headache. My dad just had a stroke and had a hole in his heart, which caused the stroke and he's also hypoglycemic. I've been using the restroom alot also, which scares me that i might have it too. What could possibly be wrong?
