Why should the 14 dems return to madison?

I think what they're doing is great! The only reason the republicans are so mad is that they couldn't have come up with a great tactic like that! The State government has a contract that they signed with the Union. Why should they be able to slither out of it? Normal citizens can't break contracts, why should corporations or the government be able to do that?
