Somebody please help me with this math problem. According to the U.S Census Burea, the population of Texas has increased from 20,949,000 in 2000, to 23,904,000 in 2007. By what amound has the population changed per year durring the seven years. I don't only need the answer but can u show me the answer and how to solve it
