Rate my exodia deck list plz?

It looks like a good deck. But one Exchange or D.D.Fissure + card destruction and you're finished. I would recommend a side deck so you can change up your deck in case you run into a D.D. Deck. Try taking out the dekoichi and add a crystal seer. Crystal Seer is way better. Dark tinker will work great with exodia too. 8/10
