Once i a have form an llc is it difficult to encapsulate all my exisisting business into the llc?

i recently formed my LLC and i am now wondering how the process of changing my existing sole proprietorships ( 4 resaurants) to be included as part of the LLC? is this difficult? or is there a process i must follow?
