HELP :( My right is so soo swollen from walkin in the cold and it's sooo red :(?

I got off work and i had to take the bus because my stupid a*s car broke down. i just realized my right is so swollen. There is no pain whatsoever, but i'm afriad it will get worse? what can i do? please please help!!! obviously it's a frost bite.
