Eyeliner help!!?

okay so i want thick eyeliner that loks good, not like emo/goth think, but not like a thin little line, how can i do this without looking like a tramp? i wouldn't mind like smearing it, but again i have no idea how to do this without looking like a tramp...can anyone help me, cause i <3 LOVE <3 the look
