Dealing with extremely introverted/pive girl?

Look, chemistry only gets you so far. Personality counts for a lot more, and yours don't seem to click. You can either accept that you're just going to have to make all the moves and be upfront with her about what you're thinking, or let it go and find someone who isn't quite so much work to draw out of her shell.
