CAn I be fired for eating sticks of er at work?

My boss has told me to stop eating er sticks at work because this is grossing out the other employees. I have explained to him that this is the only food I eat and that there isnothing disgusting about er because everyone eats it. I do not eat meat or fruits so all I have left if er. CAn he legally fire me for dietary reasons?
